Thanks for reminding people “addiction” does not mean a lack of responsibility for our actions. So important to take ownership of the problem for recovery and healing to really come.
There’s a really good book out called Undefiled, by Dr. Harry Schaumburg, about overcoming this addiction. Great book.

Hey Luke, thanks for the comment and book reference. I completely and fully have come to know that addict is a misnomer and addiction is a rough place to be in, but not an impossible one to escape from. Thanks for your good work!
