Tony & Bri Litster

Tony Litster is a bit reminiscent of another Tony you may know, Tony Robbins. He is passionate, breathes motivation and has a great desire to see people obtain greatness in their own lives. Tony was a personal development expert, public speaker and life coach for several years.

Tony knows personally the pull of pornography, the craving that so often screams to be satisfied and the let down that comes when the promises that pornography can never really fulfill are broken. He felt called to take the principles of creating change and make programs to help people overcome pornography addiction.

With special attention to what works, Tony has built a system to help people Cure the Craving. He can speak to the issues that commonly keep faith groups experiencing recovery & healing. But even if you’re not religious, the methods Tony teaches are practical & down to earth. He has a gift for breaking things down and helping people understand how change takes place. Some of those teachings have already started to take hold in my own life  (Nutrition, exercise & understanding my real self-worth independent of my choices).
