Indeed they do Steve. This program incorporates spirituality, but also focuses on practical steps to escape from an addiction. It addresses motives, self awareness and practice to help you undo what you’ve done. Thanks for the question. It’s a good one. The program doesn’t exclude those who have different beliefs. It’s pretty comprehensive and inclusive.

If you really want to get over this, the focus should be on new habits. You have to learn to cope with stress, loneliness, hunger, anger and other negative emotions in new ways. As these new tools become your habits, there is less need for the old escape.
